***Please note that due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of purchase, unless we have a problem with your order or need additional verification. You will automatically receive an email when your order is shipped with tracking information.

All products are shipped via USPS. Once items in an order have been Scanned and Delivered by the courier or mail carrier, we will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.

Free Shipping

Orders to be shipped within the US will be eligible for free standard shipping as long as their total is greater than or equal to $30. All orders under the value of $30 will be charged a flat fee of $3 for standard shipping.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Sticki is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Although it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs. Sticki does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We make every attempt to ensure that packages are delivered safe and sound; however, we take no responsibilities in lost packages by USPS or theft when the tracking indicated delivered.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your experience with Sticki. If you have any issues with your order, please send an email to us at hi@staysticki.com within 14 days of delivery and we'd be happy to take care of it. 

Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
